Saturday turned into a looooong day. I played the final round of the LPGA LOTTE Championship, took advantage of some free time on the beach, went to the airport and flew back to the main land. Hawaii is far away - a lot farther than I remembered... I didn't arrive in Mobile, Alabama, until Sunday evening...
Today will probably turn into a nice, slow day of trying to get adjusted to the five hour time difference, spending some quality time at the laundromat and doing some putting and chipping practice at Magnolia Grove.
I didn't play very well to start the week in Hawaii, but my game got better and better as the week went on. The finish would have been a lot better had my putter behaved, but I guess that's the way golf is... I felt as if I hit the putts the way I wanted to, but couldn't figure the greens out. Finished the tournament with a 70 (2 under par) to get back to Even for the week and a tie for 27th place. Not great, but an OK week considering I didn't get much out of the way I was hitting the ball. Really looking forward to the Mobile Bay Classic this week!!!
I brought my camera out for some more photography fun the last few days. Enjoy!
