Seems like a lot of people want to know why I hit driver on the 16th hole on Sunday and here is the answer: There is a huge tree situated on the right side of the fairway at the corner of the dogleg and you have to hit it quite far to get past the tree with a clear shot at the flag. We didn't think I could get it all the way down there with the 3 wood into the wind. And since I had hit the driver straight most of the day we went with that option. I hit it a touch too far to the left and the ball took a nasty bounce straight left which left me in the bunker.
